The role of Commercial Value Enhancer involves servicing our strategic landlord partners to maximize commercial values of the partnerships and expanding our media network.
This position requires a deep understanding of commercial needs and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords.
The ideal candidate will possess a sharp business acumen, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be self-motivated, highly analytical, and resourceful.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on contractual obligations to Landlords by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain trusted relationships with Landlords through demonstrating a clear understanding of commercial needs and reliable servicing.
- Presentation of monthly reports and quarterly business updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Closely monitor market insights and trends with sales and marketing teams to deliver sound value proposition to Landlords.
Activities:
- Perform site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets' upkeep.
- Train and supervise junior team members to achieve response times objectives and high-quality communication and work outputs.
- Coordinate with Project team to ensure timely delivery of new media assets.
- Optimize workflows and administrative processes for improved efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with OOH regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
Growth Opportunities:
- Identify opportunities for new business growth and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to develop strategies.
- Support the Business Development Director in RFP and Tenders responses.
- Develop new business proposals, including new product or service offerings, aligned with market demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in strategic business partners management or similar function.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
