Job Overview

The Partnerships Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance our ecosystem. This position is responsible for originating, managing, and developing high-value partnerships that deliver innovative solutions to customers.

  • Originate and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to create embedded banking experiences that drive customer acquisition at scale.
  • Enhance the overall customer value proposition via corporate and digital partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on identified ecosystem opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, able to identify and evaluate opportunities aligned with business objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership origination and embedded banking.
  • Strong understanding of regional strategies and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
