Barista Role Overview

The primary objective of this position is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expertly crafted beverages and outstanding service.

  • Prepare a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established standards.
  • Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision and efficiency, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Handle cashless transactions with accuracy and maintain order fulfillment rates at the highest level.
  • Support daily store operations by restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of store services and achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and possess strong communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
  • While prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided for those who do not have direct experience.
