Job Title: Early Intervention Educator

    The Early Intervention Educator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to children and families. This dynamic professional collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement customized plans tailored to each child's unique needs.

    Key responsibilities include developing lesson plans, selecting teaching materials and methodologies, and creating engaging learning environments that stimulate children's interest and foster participation.

    The educator will also coordinate center-based intervention and home-based intervention, work with families and caregivers to enhance child and family outcomes, and develop functional learning goals for each child. Additionally, the educator will monitor progress, maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and intervention.

    Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A love for working with preschoolers.
  • An organized and meticulous approach.
