Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to drive revenue growth through new channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for these channels, identifying and establishing new sales channels, building and leading a team of sales professionals, analyzing sales data to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency, collaborating with marketing, product, and supply chain teams, and providing regular sales reports and insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for new channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels.
  • Build and lead the new channel sales team.
  • Analyze sales data to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record in new channel development.
  • Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
