Job Title: Key Account Manager
About the RoleThis is a senior sales leadership position that focuses on developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through new channels, including TV shopping, live streaming, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new channel development and excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for new channels to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, establish, and manage new sales channels such as TV shopping, live streaming, and E-commerce.
- Build and lead the new channel sales team, focusing on talent development and achieving performance targets.
- Analyze sales data from new channels to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in new channel development (e.g., live streaming, TV shopping).
- Strong understanding of traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Results-oriented with strong market insights and business acumen.
