Job Opportunity in Oncologic Imaging Administration

This role requires a skilled administrator to coordinate and provide support in the Department of Oncologic Imaging, ensuring efficient departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate office files and records of radiological and clinical activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on Breast Screen Singapore assessments.
  • Collate and follow up on screening reads and assessment outcomes.
  • Develop statistical reports for imaging, reading, and assessment activities.
  • Coordinate clinical pathology reviews and manage no-show attendances.
  • Ensure adequate stationery and materials for screening and assessment activities.
  • Update materials and stationery used for the Breast Screen Singapore Project.
  • Transcribe dictation of radiological requests and records.
  • Compose and type correspondences and documents for the department.
Requirements:
  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in computer and office administrative skills, including audiotyping.
  • Relevant experience in a radiology department is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
