National Cancer Centre of Singapore employs skilled professionals to coordinate and support the Oncologic Imaging Department.
- Administrative Support: Co-ordinate and provide administrative support in the Oncologic Imaging Department, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Files: Set up and maintain office files and records of radiological and clinical activities conducted by the department.
- Prepare Follow-up Reports: Prepare and follow up on outcomes of each Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) assessment attendance scheduled.
- Collate Results: Collate and follow up on complete entries of results of screening reads and assessment workouts completed by the centre for the BSS project.
- Prepare Statistical Reports: Prepare statistical reports of imaging, reading and assessment activities completed for the BSS Project.
- Clinical Pathology Reviews: Prepare lists of cases for clinical pathology reviews, coordinating with relevant participants of review records.
- Follow-up Correspondences: Prepare lists of no-show attendances and follow up on correspondences with clients or through BSS Project providers as per the BSS work processes.
- Stationery Management: Ensure adequate stationery and materials available for screening, reading and assessment activities in the centre.
- Material Updates: Maintain and update revision of materials and stationery used for the BSS Project.
- Dictation Services: Take and transcribe dictation of all radiological requests and records completed by the department.
- Correspondence Writing: Compose and type correspondences and documents used by the department and for the BSS Project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: GCE 'A' level/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Literacy and Computer Skills: Literacy in computer and office administrative skills, including audiotyping.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in radiology departments preferred.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
