Customer Success Team Lead

As a Customer Success Team Lead with TE Connectivity in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Customer Success specialists to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage day-to-day Customer Success responsibilities for key regional customers.
- Ownership of critical customer issues and provision of team support to resolve complex problems.
- Foster strong business relationships with internal and external customers to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service/account management role.
- Proven experience in a customer service role with more than 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and influence.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
