About the Role

As a Customer Success Team Lead with TE Connectivity in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Success specialists to achieve performance goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day Customer Success responsibilities for key regional customers.
  • Ownership of critical customer issues and provision of team support to resolve complex problems.
  • Foster strong business relationships with internal and external customers to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service/account management role.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role with more than 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and influence.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
