Customer Success Planning and Execution

The Customer Success Executive is responsible for developing and implementing customer success plans designed to ensure customers achieve their business objectives with Red Hat products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business priorities, and develop success plans that address their needs.
  • Lead discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, and IT Management to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Red Hat solutions.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop proof of concepts, programs, and projects that remove technical, process, and program blockers and drive customer success.
  • Orchestrate Design and Discovery Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions that meet customer business goals.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights and best practices with Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, technical consulting, technical project management, technical sales, support, or Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Experience with technical project planning and execution management.
  • Ability to independently deliver consultative customer-facing engagements.
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development, and deployment tools.
  • Public Cloud certification and experience with Kubernetes-based solutions are considered major pluses.
