About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Growth Strategist to join our Inbound Success Coach team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Description:

The Client Success Growth Strategist will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate high volumes of product and sales-related inquiries
  • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot's sales process via phone, live chat, and email
  • Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices
  • Set up high-quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for Inbound Growth Assessments
  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within HubSpot to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers/users alike

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
  • A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HubSpot software
  • A passion for helping our prospects' businesses grow
  • Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role
  • An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance allowance, unlimited time off policy, and education allowance up to $5,000 USD/annually.
