Creative Lead Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Architectural Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural and interior design projects from feasibility studies to detail design, with the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support architectural and interior design projects throughout all stages
- Develop designs that are aesthetically pleasing and functional
- Prepare presentation boards and assist in project contract administration works
- Attend consultant and project meetings
- Monitor construction stage and ensure completion of projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master of Architecture degree (at least 5 years experience required)
- Self-discipline and a creative mindset
- Passion for design and desire to innovate
- Keen eye for aesthetics and sensitive in detail design
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Competency in CAD, Photoshop, Revit, Sketchup, and Office software
