Key Architectural Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective architectural designs that meet the needs of clients.

  • You will work on exciting mixed-use, retail, and commercial projects across Asia Pacific.
  • You will collaborate with a talented team of architects and designers to create unique and creative architectural designs.
  • You will complete architectural, facade, and landscape assignments, and have the freedom to express your creative genius.
  • You will lead documentation of SD/DD drawings, monitor work by drafting teams, and prepare presentations from concept stage to DD stage.
  • You will assist with client presentations and attend project meetings, while also being expected to speak up and contribute valuable insights to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience in architecture.
  • A passion for creativity and a strong desire to work in a collaborative environment with great architects and designers.
  • A strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphic presentation software.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to travel across Asia Pacific.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
