Our organization seeks a seasoned Architectural Lead to spearhead the development of innovative design strategies and project delivery solutions. With 7+ years of experience in architectural design, you will lead our team in creating computational models that optimize design performance using digital tools and BIM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pre-design and design phases for diverse projects including industrial, residential, commercial, and mixed developments.
  • Collaborate with architectural and project teams to develop design strategies and review data for feasibility.
  • Evaluate outcomes against computational design goals and propose enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and sustainability practices.
  • Mentor junior team members in project execution and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery is required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max is necessary.
  • Knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper) is advantageous.
