Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Lead with extensive experience in interior design and architecture. The successful candidate will lead our team of designers, driving the development of innovative and functional spaces that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design briefs, concepts, and technical specifications for projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Creative Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive business results.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with at least 8 years of experience in senior design roles.
