Architectural Design Career Opportunity

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing feasibility data, supporting concept-to-construction design phases, developing BIM models and digital workflows, producing conceptual, submission, tender, and construction drawings, creating 3D visualizations and design presentation materials, advising on procurement methods, resolving site and technical issues efficiently, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, supporting contract administration and documentation processes, keeping abreast of industry innovations and incorporating relevant trends, and upholding local regulatory compliance and authority submission standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and submission processes.
  • Technologically savvy and digitally fluent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
