Transformative Architectural Visionary Sought

We are on the hunt for an exceptionally skilled and visionary Architectural Designer to spearhead our design endeavors. This dynamic individual will be responsible for conceptualizing impactful architectural concepts, executing feasibility studies, and presenting thoughtful design proposals.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a good degree in Architecture from a reputable University accredited by BOA, a minimum of 2 years of relevant architectural experience, and outstanding planning, organizational, supervisory, and project management skills.

In addition to these qualifications, the candidate should be well-versed in local codes and regulations, as well as construction practices. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is also essential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good degree in Architecture from a University accredited with BOA
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience
  • Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage
  • Flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing
  • Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
  • Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
