About the Role

The Strategic Planning team is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team and drive growth in the tourism sector. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, risks, and formulating strategies to chart the future of tourism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of workstreams around corporate priorities and targets, recommending relevant KPIs and tracking indicators.
  • Work with line units to set up the Management Dashboard, a tracking and monitoring framework to ensure alignment with T2040 targets.
  • Be involved in longer-term planning to identify trends, blind spots, competition/threats, and new opportunities, developing future scenarios for discussion and alignment with senior management.
  • Manage annual corporate planning cycles, quarterly updates, and key reporting platforms.

You will engage across all business teams, develop a keen understanding of the tourism landscape, and work closely with government agencies to further Singapore's economic development.

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to think strategically, connect dots, analyze data sets, and function independently
  • Background in statistics, data analytics, and economics an added advantage
  • Show good business acumen, analytical thinking, and judgment
  • Work effectively within the organization to achieve results
  • Work effectively with stakeholders outside the organization
