Sales Growth Strategist

As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Design and implement sales strategies to expand market share in government/public sector or multi-region markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
  • Lead negotiations, presentations, and product demonstrations for complex technology solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to refine sales approaches.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements:
  • NITEC qualification with at least 2 years of sales experience within ICT, AV, or enterprise software industry, preferably with exposure to public sector/ government agencies.
  • Ability to travel as and when needed.
