**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our technical support department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and effective technical support.
- Keep meticulous records of user interactions, reported problems, and solutions applied.
- Develop user manuals and troubleshooting guides to aid both support teams and users in effectively interacting with the system.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.
- Pursue opportunities to enhance efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and reduce operational costs through process optimization.
**Requirements:
- Citizenship: Singaporean only.
- Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are required to handle Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Demonstrated writing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) and version control tools (e.g., Git) is advantageous.
- Previous experience in supporting web applications is essential.
- A background in FinTech projects would be highly valued.
