
Technical Customer Support Professional

This position involves providing technical support to customers and assisting with their queries. You will be responsible for resolving issues, identifying causes, and collaborating with tech teams.

Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers via various channels
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
- Conduct investigations and debugging as required
- Monitor platform performance and deploy solutions
- Analyze critical incidents and lead task forces to resolve them
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. Experience in IT support or Ops engineering is highly desirable.
You should also possess good knowledge of administration tools, monitoring systems, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with operating systems like Windows or MacOS and web browsers is essential.
