Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support to customers, with a strong background in SMT and advanced packaging process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to local customers, as well as regional and global escalation support for equipment.
  • Act as 2nd level regional support for internal and external customers in Rest of Asia, addressing all aspects of service activities.
  • Respond to customer and regional service calls; attend to problems at customer sites when required.
  • Deliver on-site product training (hardware/software) to customers and internal teams.
  • Lead or contribute to global training projects by formulating course content and materials.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Basic project management knowledge is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT and Advanced Packaging Process and Applications in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Familiarity with Fuji and Panasonic equipment is a plus.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and quality.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment with stakeholders at all levels globally.
