Job Title: Technical Support Professional

As a technical support professional, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to end-users via various channels including phone, email, chat, and/or support ticketing systems.

  • You will analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests coming from users, working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Complex issues will be redirected to level 3 application or infrastructure teams as necessary.
  • You will also supervise and monitor daily and monthly jobs, handling user requests by collaborating with project, infrastructure, and production teams.
  • In addition, you will process and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on data and tickets.
Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 4+ years of experience in supporting or developing applications. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with relevant industry certification which is advantageous.

  • A basic understanding of application servers, scripting/programming languages (PowerShell, C#, Java), and concepts in IT production environments and deployment processes/pipelines is necessary.
  • Experience in administering DEVOps pipeline technologies (Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, TFS) is also desirable.
