**Incident Management Lead Role**

Job Description:

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the entire incident management process within IT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex incidents, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Lead a team of experts to manage major incidents (severity 1 & 2) across all IT systems.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders during incidents, utilizing tools like conference bridges and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to restore services promptly.
  • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience interacting with senior management.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
