Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead bids with impact by owning the full bid lifecycle from opportunity spotting to contract close.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build well-aligned proposals that highlight the value of integrated communication systems.
  • Navigate internal reviews and ensure every milestone is hit without compromise on ethics and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management, sales engineering, or solution support, especially in telecoms, IT systems, or public safety domains.
  • Technical understanding of mission-critical systems is a plus.
  • Experience leading or supporting regional bids across ASEAN or APAC.
