technical solutioning, bid strategy, and stakeholder influence . You'll be instrumental in shaping and securing high-impact deals across the ASEAN or APAC.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading Bids with Impact
Own the full bid lifecycle—from early opportunity spotting to contract close.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, finance, and legal to build compelling, well-aligned proposals.
Navigate internal reviews, coordinate timelines, and ensure every milestone is hit without compromise on ethics and compliance.
Shape strategy: Not just respond to RFPs but help influence them.
Supporting Sales with Technical Insight
Translate customer needs into clear, competitive solution offerings.
Highlight the value of integrated communication systems with workshops and product demos.
Advocate for your solution, not just sell it.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years of bid management, sales engineering, or solution support experience—especially in telecoms, IT systems, or public safety domains.
A good communicator who can work seamlessly with internal teams and external customers across cultures.
Technical understanding of mission-critical systems is a plus.
Experience leading or supporting regional bids across ASEAN or APAC.
Bonus: APMP certification or prior exposure to structured bid frameworks.
