Bids and Proposal Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Manage all technical and commercial components for multi-disciplinary services bids.
  • Prepare winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to process and present information.

Requirements:

  • A diploma with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Bids & Proposals.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in English, both oral and written.

We are seeking a skilled Bids and Proposal Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all technical and commercial components for multi-disciplinary services bids. This includes preparing internal governance, producing winning proposals and presentations to drive business growth.

In this role, you will coordinate and manage proposal technical components, internal governance, pricing and presentations. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to process and present information.

To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Bids & Proposals. You must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in English, both oral and written.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, meticulous, with an eye for detail, and has a comprehensive range of administrative skills and client support services.

As a proactive and effective communicator, you can relate well to people at all levels, build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will have advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer skills, familiar with a suite of e-Procurement systems, and a positive thinker with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
