We are looking for a skilled Night Shift Logistics Coordinator to join our team at UEMS Solution Pte Ltd (NUH).
Main Objectives:- Work closely with porters and users to optimize daily operations.
- Identify and rectify any issues in the porting system.
- Supervise and motivate porters to maintain high productivity levels.
- Provide top-notch customer service by handling user inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure that equipment is well-maintained and departmental filing systems are up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and update computer databases.
- Support staff leave records and training programs.
- GCE 'N' Level with experience in operations coordination.
- Proven ability to handle operations personnel performance and attendance tracking.
- Strong administrative skills and effective communication skills.
This role requires flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. Preference will be given to Singaporean or Permanent Residents.
