Field Service Engineer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring minimum downtime and high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation related to each site visit or technical activity.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Applications, Technical Support) to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and service protocols.
  • Assist in product demonstrations or technical presentations if required.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and timely support.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in servicing scientific or analytical instruments is preferred.
  • Technical understanding of scientific analyzers and laboratory instrumentation would be advantageous.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for on-site service assignments.
