Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific analytical instruments at customer sites.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with customers to address service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and maintain scientific analytical instruments at customer sites
  • Provide training to end-users and distributors on the operation and maintenance of the instruments
  • Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems
  • Briefly update the necessary documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal instrument performance
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 2-4+ years' experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments
  • Familiarity with scientific and analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, ICP Spectrometer is desirable
