Job Role Overview:

The Installation Specialist will be responsible for providing installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific analytical instruments at customer sites.

  • Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service support.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams.
  • Provide training to end users and distributors.
  • Prepare quotations in response to customer enquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
  • 2–4+ years' experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments
  • Knowledge of scientific and analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, ICP Spectrometer is a plus

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
