We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Professional to provide technical support services for scientific and analytical instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, calibration, and servicing of analytical equipment.

The role involves direct interaction with customers at their sites and requires a strong understanding of scientific analyzers and instrumentation.

  • Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, training, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring minimum downtime and high satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation related to each site visit or technical activity.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Applications, Technical Support) to address customer requirements and feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and service protocols.
  • Assist in product demonstrations or technical presentations if required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • 2–4 years of experience in servicing scientific or analytical instruments is preferred.
  • Technical understanding of scientific analyzers and laboratory instrumentation (e.g.,Fluorescence, Particle Size Analyzer, Spectroscopy, etc.) would be advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for on-site service assignments.
