PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Assistance

• Accountable for delivering first-level technical assistance to Service Engineers during service operations, which encompasses; Inspection & Maintenance, Spare Parts & Repair, Refurbishment & Upgrades, Hook Replacement, among others.

• Adhere to the company's current Strategy, Quality Manual, HSE policy, and relevant laws and regulations.
Coordination of Service Operations

• Ensure timely execution of work orders in alignment with customer scheduling and necessary flag/class specifications.

• Facilitate the deployment of Service Engineers.

• Oversee the cost, quality, and timeline of service operations.

• Collaborate with the Spares Department regarding any spare parts needed for service operations.

• Validate service reports, claims, overtime, and overseas allowances.
Service Operation Costing and Month-End Procedures

• Generate service operation costings based on related overtime sheets and expenses in accordance with the Service Agreement as outlined in the Order Confirmation.

• Ensure all costs related to customers are recorded, invoiced, and finalized promptly.

• Prepare quotes, issue purchase orders, and finalize invoices, among other tasks.

• Provide aftersales support by following up with customers post-service completion for recommendations on services and spare parts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


• Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any field (preferably with an engineering or technical focus).

• 2 to 3 years of pertinent experience in service coordination.

• Previous experience in the marine and offshore sector is preferred.

• Proficient in using CRM database systems or similar (e.g., SAP).

• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
