Job Title: Service Technical Assistant

At Talent Trader Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Technical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Service Coordination: Assist in the coordination of service activities for power, energy, and ACMV systems, ensuring timely completion of service tasks and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to service technicians and engineers, helping to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update service reports, documentation, and records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Assist in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of power, energy, and ACMV systems, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Client and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations, maintaining strong relationships and communication channels.
  • Service Scheduling: Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of service tasks, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Spare Parts Management: Support the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing downtime.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Assist in conducting site visits and inspections as required, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a technical assistant or support role, preferably in power, energy, or ACMV systems.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to safety procedures and guidelines.
