Transform your career in a newly established Global HR Business Partner role, supporting a key global business portfolio during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

  • Act as strategic advisor to Global Business Leaders around the People Agenda in accordance with business priorities and organizational vision.
  • Ensure global HR policies and frameworks are aligned with organizational strategy and market or functional requirements, utilizing business acumen and market knowledge.
  • Accountable for championing a future-focused approach by thinking strategically and anticipating new opportunities, as well as understanding external market trends to drive successful organizational transformation.
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification and 12-15 years' experience across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering and experience in delivering strategic initiatives and driving transformation projects.

  • Global HR experience is required, with a proven track record in collaborating with the business and within HR to ensure strategic alignment with organization goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Demonstrate high-level flexibility and agility to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, proven problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
