Job Opportunity: Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead a team of operation staff in a dynamic role with an outsourced project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the day-to-day operations work for the project period.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the team to work towards meeting expected work tasks and targets.
  • Lead the team in books scanning, sorting, shelving reading, packing/unpacking, stacking, labeling books, and other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Prepare required reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Shelve library items in an organized, neat, and tidy manner.
  • Manage the collection and perform stock counts of library items.
  • Be familiar with RFID systems acquired by libraries and handle barcode scanning efficiently.
Requirements
  • Degree qualifications or higher, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in library management.
  • Proven operation and management skills, including supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess good interpersonal skills.
