**Job Title:**
Library Operations ManagerAs a skilled and experienced Library Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operation staff to provide essential public library shelving operation maintenance work under the guided operation flow for a specific collection. The role involves planning, managing, and supervising day-to-day operations work for the project period.**Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the team to work to meet expected work tasks and targets
  • Teamwork for books scanning, sorting, shelving reading, packing/unpacking, stacking, labeling books, and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Prepare required reports
  • Shelve library items in an organized, neat, and tidy manner
  • Manage collections and perform stock counts of library items
  • Familiarize yourself with the use of RFID systems acquired by the library for tagging
  • Able to handle barcode scanning
**Requirements:
  • Diploma qualifications or higher, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in library management
  • Proven operation and management skills
  • Able to supervise, manage, and mobilize
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
