About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager for Specialist Solution Engineers to lead, coach, and inspire our APJ pre-sales team.

You will oversee experienced specialist solution engineers, develop technical expertise, and collaborate with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.

You will also serve as a key link between Sales Specialists, Solution Engineers, SME, and internal resources, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and technical efforts.

Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of highly skilled SME Solution Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key qualifications include proven leadership experience in sales engineering or technical sales, cyber security expertise, and identity security expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled SME Solution Engineers
  • Ensure your team maintains broad knowledge of identity security solutions and industry best practices
  • Partner with Specialist Sales to tailor technical solutions to customer needs

Cyber security and identity security are critical components of this role. Proven leadership skills and experience working with global teams across various functions are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven leadership: 10+ years in sales engineering or technical sales, with at least 3 years in management
  • Cyber security expertise: 15+ years in cybersecurity concepts, regulations, and enterprise security solutions
  • Identity security expertise: 15+ years in IAM, IdPs, PAM, Secrets Management, and Certificate Management

AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect, or CyberArk certifications are preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed is required.
