We are seeking a senior, customer-facing executive who will shape our strategy in the region. This is a thought leadership and market-making role: opening doors at the highest levels, representing our vision in boardrooms and on stages, and influencing strategic identity security deals.
Key Responsibilities- Engage Executives – Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and regulators; act as an executive sponsor for top accounts

- Lead Thought Leadership – Represent us at regional conferences, analyst briefings, and in the media; publish papers that advance our leadership in identity security
- Guide the Market & Team – Provide insights to Product and Marketing; mentor professionals to sharpen storytelling and executive impact
- Advocate for Customers and Partners – Help clients build long-term identity roadmaps, driving expansion and strategic adoption. Work alongside partners and system integrators to drive adoption and successful implementations of our platform
- Recognized as a respected identity thought leader in the region
- Trusted CISO relationships across 10+ Tier-1 accounts annually
- Visible presence at flagship regional security events
- Measurable influence on top deals across the region
- Prior experience as a CISO, CTO, or security practice leader in the region
- 15+ years in cybersecurity, with deep expertise in IGA, PAM, Cloud Security, and Zero Trust
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence both technical and business audiences
- Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for strategic customers
- Cultural fluency across diverse regional markets and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with business applications and how access is governed in these ecosystems
- Strong architectural knowledge of modern authentication (OAuth, SAML, RBAC/ABAC)
- Proven thought leadership and recognized presence in the regional cybersecurity community
- Shape the identity security agenda in one of the world's most dynamic regions.
- Be the face of our company to the regional CISO community.
- Influence product direction with direct impact on market success.
- Grow your leadership profile in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete security literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
