We are RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD., a leading recruitment agency, and we are seeking an experienced HR Data Management Professional to join our team.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the validation and updating of global employee data onto SAP. You will also liaise with the global HR Administrator, providing coaching and direction as required. Additionally, you will identify, correct, and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data, maintain currency of documented processes, and administer, analyze, and track system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), Talent Link modules, and Workforce Analytics (WFA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Global Employee Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data on SAP.
  • Liaise with Global HR Administrator: Provide coaching and direction as required to support HR operations.
  • Identify and Correct HR Processes: Analyze and improve HR processes to ensure quality data.
  • Maintain Currency of Documented Processes: Keep process documentation up-to-date and accurate.
  • Administer System Access Requests: Manage system access for HRIS, HRMR, Talent Link, and WFA.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum educational requirement.
  • Freshers/Experience with Knime: Good knowledge or experience in Knime is essential.
  • Proficient in Knime Modules: Ability to use Knime modules effectively.
  • Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in Chinese, as communication with China HQ counterparts/personnel is required.

Estimated salary range: SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
