Administrative Professional for Finance and HR

Xiabuxiabu Catering Management (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an Administrative Professional to support our Finance and Human Resource departments.
About the RoleThis position requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle administrative duties related to Finance and HR in operations ground, including data collection, compilation, entry, analysis, report preparation, and filing of documents. The successful candidate will also liaise with personnel from operations and external parties.
The role involves day-to-day office administrative duties related to F&B operational activities, including sales transaction confirmation, reconciliation of discrepancies, submission of monthly GTO reports, verification of merchant service issues, and monitoring of inbound and outbound payments. Additionally, the candidate will process billings, categorize costs, assist with annual audits and internal control reviews, manage work passes, and maintain HR records.
Requirements- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Resilience in meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
- Able to work with cross-cultural teams locally and internationally
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
