Kanry Search Singapore Pte. Ltd., a renowned recruitment agency, seeks an experienced HR and Administrative Professional to join their team in the heart of East (Changi Airfreight Centre).
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient utilization of resources. As an HR and Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for handling various administrative duties, including employee leave management, documentation, and office supply procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave and related documentation.
- Manage general office administrative tasks.
- Oversee office supply purchases, including stationery and pantry essentials.
- Ensure the office cleaner performs their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and requirements.
Salary and Benefits:
