We are seeking an experienced HR and Administration Executive to join our team at AP Technologies Group PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

As an HR and Administration Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in recruitment activities, planning and organizing new hires orientation, executing annual appraisal processes, administering employee benefits and compensation packages, sourcing and implementation of training programs, maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating payroll processes, handling work passes and statutory surveys, preparing regular HR reports and metrics, scheduling meetings for senior executives, making travel arrangements, managing expense reports and claims matters, overseeing general office operations, and attending to guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR and office administration or secretarial support, possess sound knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and preparation of employment agreement.
  • Plan and organize new hires orientation for smooth onboarding.
  • Execute annual appraisal processes, administer employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Sourcing and implementation of training programs that meet staff developmental needs.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll processes to ensure accuracy in monthly pay processing.
  • Handle work passes and statutory surveys.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in HR and office administration or secretarial support.
  • Sound knowledge of labour regulations and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
