We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administrative professional to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments, issuing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage insurance claims for medical and work-related incidents, as well as handle employee medical and insurance claims.
  • Process various types of employee claims, grants, and applications.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Update employee personal particulars and manage leave and claims efficiently.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in an accounting role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in SAGE, Excel, and Word.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $4,500 - $6,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
