Job Overview:

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled HR professional to handle payroll and administrative tasks in our Retail Industry location at Clarke Quay, working 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll administration, including salary processing, benefits, and employee data maintenance
  • Conduct HR searches for staffing issues and handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Update HR policies in line with Government MOM regulations for our Group of Companies
  • Prepare employment contracts for local and foreign employees
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Administer work pass applications and provide general administrative support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or Administration
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly

Estimated Salary Range: S$3,500 - S$4,500 per month
