Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction;
- Manage recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance improvement plans;
- Analyze HR data to inform business decisions;
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of related HR/Admin experience;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Familiarity with HR software and systems;
