We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team at FOCUS NETWORK AGENCIES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to develop their skills and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR-related administrative duties, ensuring smooth communication between the HR department and employees. They will also support daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies in collaboration with respective departments.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including application and renewal of work passes on the MOM website.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel data/files.
- Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Organize engaging employee events and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute company events.
- Analyze and provide insights on recruitment-related reports to inform future hiring decisions.
- Support payroll by reviewing and verifying timesheets.
- Manage employee uniform stock counts and procurement from suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
