The Senior Accounts Payable Clerk will play a critical role in the finance team at UNICO FOODS PTE. LTD., responsible for managing the entire spectrum of accounts payable activities, including vendor relationships, invoice processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Reconcile and verify vendor Statements of Account (SOA) and invoices, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and assist in month-end closing processes.
Essential Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
