Key AccountabilitiesAs an Accounts Assistant, your key accountabilities will include:
- Managing and processing incoming invoices, cheques, and other financial documents.
- Verifying and reconciling monthly supplier statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Communicating effectively with business units and suppliers to resolve queries and address concerns.
- Emailing payment advice to suppliers and stakeholders as required.
- Reviewing and processing staff claims, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on accounts payable.
