Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to support daily financial and administrative operations. The role includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Finance Clerk will assist in preparing financial reports, filing statutory documents, and supporting the finance team in month-end closing activities. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are key for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong numerical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
